TractorTix is an online ticketing service for farms and agritourism businesses. Contact: [email protected].

What TractorTix does

• Farms list their dates and tickets on TractorTix and sell them online.
• Visitors buy tickets and check in at the gate with a code.
• TractorTix provides the software only. The farm runs the event.

Fees

• 50 cents per ticket sold online. That is the only TractorTix fee.
• No monthly fee. No fee for tickets sold at the gate, free tickets, comp tickets, or passes checked in at the gate.
• Card processing fees are charged by Stripe or Square under their own terms and are separate from the TractorTix fee.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe or Square. The farm is the seller and the merchant on every ticket sale.
• Money from ticket sales goes to the farm's own Stripe or Square account. TractorTix never holds the farm's money. The 50 cent TractorTix fee is taken out automatically by the processor at the time of sale.

Refunds and rain days

• Each farm sets its own refund policy and shows it on its ticket page.
• When a farm closes a day (for example for weather), buyers can move their tickets to another date or get a refund under the farm's policy.
• If a farm refunds a ticket in full, TractorTix returns its 50 cent fee for that ticket as part of the refund.

Farm responsibilities

• The farm is responsible for its event, its prices, its ticket page accuracy, and honoring the tickets it sells.
• The farm is responsible for its own taxes, including collecting and remitting sales tax on its ticket sales.

Accounts

• A farm account belongs to the farm that signed up. Keep login details private. Tell us at [email protected] if an account is compromised.

Service availability

• We work to keep TractorTix available during selling hours, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Gate check-in works offline against the day's list saved on the device.

Liability

• To the extent allowed by law, TractorTix is not liable for a farm's events, cancellations, or refund decisions, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the TractorTix fees the farm paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending service

• We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL, and material changes will be emailed to farm accounts before they apply.
• A farm may stop using TractorTix at any time. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee.
