Refunds

• Every farm on TractorTix sets its own refund policy. It is shown on the farm's ticket page before you pay.
• If a farm closes a day, for example for bad weather, you can move your tickets to another open date at no cost, or get a refund under the farm's policy.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through the farm's own Stripe or Square account. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.
• When a farm refunds a ticket in full, the 50 cent TractorTix fee on that ticket is returned as part of the refund.
